How do you edit your forum signature?

Mine has links to my stories on the old site and I guess the address has changed as page not found comes up. Also the signature looks horrible and big and shouty. 

Not exactly up there in issues to fix but if anyone knows how to do it, I’d appreciate it

Also while we’re on settings. I noticed I can set up when I get an email when various things occur. Message, profile comment, potential match etc but there isn’t an option for story comment. That would be the only one I’d be really interested in. Is this just an oversight?

I'm impressed with how quickly some of the bugs are being ironed out - big thank you to the site team and moderators for being super helpful - it really is appreciated. 

I just wanted to check as I saw someone now has these functions when they didn't originally, but I don't have the "quote" option etc on the forums still.

if you are unable to get full functionality in the forums and have to login every time you want to post, close all tabs to lush bar one, then log out. i can't promise anything, but I did this just now and appear to be fully logged in all over the site. ads are gone, and I even have quote functionality in the forums.

when using a tag while searching for stories it is only taken into account for the first search page, all other pages ignore it

What happened to the Gold Lounge?  Is elitism dead?

if i add an image or video i lose all the text i just spattered on the page. i hate redoing things, even simple forum posts.

oh well, at least the site is progressing. i think I'm going to like most of it. except the chat. that truly sucks.

I posted twice in Rumps this morning with photo images. Two issues:

First, the images have vanished.

Second, the only way I've found to post an image is to add it to my personal media, then select it from there. IMHO this is a bug because there are LOTS of times I want to add images directly to a post. I do this virtually every day, and sometimes several times a day.

When I get a notification that someone has just posted on a Forum thread that I'm following (like Rumps), and I click on that notification, I get taken to the FIRST post of that thread. Since there are >1880 pages of posts in Rumps, this means I then need to go to the most recent post.

May we get this fixed eventually. Not a big deal, but a petty annoyance. Thanks!

My concern is there is nowhere a woman can go to just be with women. Some don't want to spend their whole time on the site blocking men that slip through. We would like a dedicated space That is monitored for men that that don't belong in the dedicated space. It's says lady's room I thought for a reason, asking nicely for this since the men will . have 98 more rooms to visit. Just curious how you are accommandating women who have been traumatized my men who enjoy the company of other ladies, or woman who have paid money for a site that is comfortable for them as well. This is a very male environment right now with little concern for a part of the female population that doesn't have interests in sex with males dominantly. It's bit uncomfortable when you expected it to be all ladies and a man pops up in your conversation uninvited you feel a bit violated. So was wondering how you are going about this now That we see how the site is going. The young lady did such a good job making the room. Be ashame for it to be used improperly. Appreciate all of you for your hard work.

I'm getting a number – e.g. "3" – on the bell icon at the top RHS. When I click on it, it says I have 3 notifications, and there is space for three notifications – but all three are blank. Am I supposed to do something more, or is this a bug?

Logons are still wonky (technical term, lol). It's now nighttime in the UK, so will hopefully be fixed tomorrow

I've been trying to use the Messenger function to chat with another member, but I keep getting notifications the Fred Blogs has just posted a new post on a Forum thread, and it obscures the "send a message" line on the Message function. I cannot see what I'm typing because of these useless notifications.

About stories:

1) Text can be highlighted and copied, unlike previously when you couldn't. I know nothing is perfect, but the more barriers to theft the better, removing them is a backward step. It feels lots of different aspects of security have been overlooked.

2) Word count is missing or replaced by time taken to read a story. I know roughly how long it takes me to read 1000 words I don't need or want an algorithm guessing that for me thanks. Another backward step if this is a design choice rather than an oversight.

3) I did not get notification that an author I am following had published a new story.

4) Line spacing is poor, IMO. It looks like a flat wall of text taking up the entire browser window. Reducing the spacing between lines a little and increasing the spacing between paragraphs would improve this. Competition issue. 
I was checking the last competition page, https://www.lushstories.com/competitions/quick-and-risque-sex, and saw that only a few stories are listed. Where are all the others?

By a little late, I mean they should be at the top to help people decide if the story is something they will like or more importantly, something they want to avoid.

If you land on a story page from a search engine or a direct link from a notification PM (when they start working), I agree. If you enter from the front page or a category landing page, the tags are there before you click through so you don't necessarily need to see them again.

Adding them at the top does push the start of the story further down the page, which is a drag. My preference would be a single 'tags' link at the top (one of these: https://cdn.onlinewebfonts.com/svg/img_196274.svg icons), alongside the other stats. When you click/tap, it reveals the list of tags in a row/grid beneath the stats. Tap again to hide them. Thus:

2) Readers who have already seen the tags because they came from a landing page don't unnecessarily see them again.

3) Readers who don't care (or like surprises!) aren't inconvenienced by seeing them and having to skip over them.

4) The tags still appear in full at the bottom, allowing you to click through to find other stories on similar themes after you've enjoyed the current story.

If this proposal is considered, I'd be tempted to let the state of the tag toggle at the top of the story pages 'stick' so once you toggle it open, it stays open on all stories until you tap the tag icon to close it.

The site seems more geared for people who chat and do the forums.

For me, I just write and the site isn’t friendly anymore for writers.  We used to have a lot of control for privacy and scoring etc.

You would think things would be easier to do but yet there are so many steps.  I hope it improves because right know it’s very intimidating and confusing.

The badges and stats are exciting to writers but this new way you have to search for it and it’s quite possible we won’t see those things anymore.

I've saved a story into draft but cannot get back in to edit it - I just get the wheel of death whenever I try to access the edit page. I'd love to edit, add a note and publish if possible Also, I still have to log back in every time I change page - just to access this forum is painful!! And I got a solid block of text when I pasted into the editor - without an option to view the unpublished version, so I'm not sure what I need to edit. Grateful for help! Many thanks, Jason
