Ok, a couple of you are bugging me about someone you think is a little extra special:

Turns out, I think she is too. Or rather, she's awesome. That said, I do enough around here, so I made someone else share why V deserves to be recognized (if it was me, I'd just leave it at "her kisses make my toes curl."). This is what they wrote:
A good measure of awesomeness is the number of people who think you're awesome. What did the Wizard of Oz tell the Tin Man? "... a heart is not judged by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by others." By that criterion alone, Vanessa certainly deserves Lush's Awesome Badge. She has a host of devoted friends and admirers who will be nodding their heads when they see this month's winner.
She has a fascination with horror, old movies, and the wistful loneliness of abandoned places. She's cautious with her trust, but when you earn it, you've earned something special. And whenever I see a comment to her or about her in the forums or on her wall, it's obvious that others feel the same deep affection for her as I do. One thing that's hard not to notice here on Lush is a member who stands out from the rest. Vanessa is hard not to notice.
Beyond engendering the respect and devotion of her friends, Vanessa is surging as an accomplished author, her latest competition entry, garnering the highest number of votes and an Editor's Pick, is just the most recent example of the quality of her work and creativity. She'll soon be earning her Veteran Badge for five years as a respected member of LushStories, but she's already officially Awesome.
