As pointed out, you don't have to "catch" anything. But in all honesty, some women like to be pursued, and others like to pursue. That applies to women of all ages and women who like younger, similar age, or older men. There is no "trick". You need to keep your eyes open and provide for them what they will clearly show you they want. But I advise being YOURSELF above all else.
