There has to be much more to this question than "turn on or turn off"
It all completely depends on the tattoo, really.

Definitely a turn on!
Small tiny little tats can be sexy. But mostly, the human body is beautiful just as it came from the manufacturer. 😉
definitley a turn on for me
Neutral. I appreciate well-done ink and cringe at certain ones, but in general they are part of the landscape for me nowadays and aren't really a factor in attraction for most people (save the "cringe" ones). Still, less is sometimes more.
Used to be more of a turn off, though, and I would probably never get tats myself.
Apes can talk dirty, too. Here's my entry in the "Dirty Talk" competition. Read it and let me know what you think. A virgin student gets a special present from his female housemate.

I like a few tatts on a person. Although I have to admit I have seen a few thigh pieces on females which are a real turn on.
So for me, yeah, I like them. I only have one myself of a Dragon, but yes I like tattoos.
For me personally I find them a big turn off.
