I hate exercise with a passion but my vanity forces me to do it. I can’t concentrate on music during exercise..
Not much has changed since my last post here, but I recently added Touch It by Busta Rhymes(hadn't listened to the song in years) and that shit slapped while I did Overhead presses Wednesday.

My fav song by Disturbed!
Simon & Garfunkel would like a word with you.😁
Actually, though, I love the Disturbed version. Pentatonix have a good cover that kind of splits the difference. And Voces8 went another direction with theirs. It is a sign of a great song that it can be taken in so many directions and still hold up.
As for exercising. I generally have the TV on when I use the stationary bike at home. Might be music, might be other stuff.
For walks, I pick music based on mood so can't really say. Could be metal today and Moody Blues tomorrow. And I often listen to podcasts as well.
The security cam was supposed to catch porch pirates, but instead it launched Tyler and Wendy on a new erotic journey.

Most often compilations of 80's movie training/action music: Rocky, Bloodsport, Wraith, the list goes on. A good, ready-made piece I typically go for is this one:
If I'm doing a streaching session to relax, I put Hans Zimmer's Burning Bush piece from Prince of Egipt:
Varies but mostly metal or metal-adjacent these days. And I don't always listen to music. Sometimes watch information content on YouTube (indoors) or listen to podcasts (outdoors).

It depends on the exercise.
If im running, i listen to something like Progressive House or Trance. It ebbs and flows which is great to pace-match with.
But i will listen to rap or rock music - something more aggressive if im doing weight training.

Most of the time when I'm on my bike I've got one of the SiriusXM hard rock stations on, either Octane or Octane Workout. When I'm stretching or yoga I'll put on some folk/sea shanty music.
My first Lush competition entry is now our, Dirty Santa Dalliance. Feel free to give it a read & let me know what you think.
