I'm forunate in that I rarelt get any sort of headache. Only if I've been drinking then it's my own fault.
But to remedy it, paracetamol, stodgy breakfast (bacon, egg, toast, butter - at minumum) plus orange juice.
Then back to sleep.
If I have a hangover but no headache then 1k in a cool swimming pool fixes it followed by a decent meal.

If I'm home I'll take a shower and some type of medication. Caffeine helps as well
Two ASA tablets and one Tylenol #3, chased with a lot of coffee. Note that this isn't for a hangover headache, just a headache headache.

I used to suffer from headaches and migraines frequently. However, I have been taking a dopamine agonist daily for the past 12 years for restless leg syndrome and get headaches only vary rarely, an indicator perhaps that headaches in some cases may have a neurological cause.
Caffeine, cannabis, and blue filter glasses.
I used to suffer from migraines and when one of those bastards hit, the only cure was a trip to the ER for some good stuff! These days I have a variety of meds for different levels of headaches. If I can catch it early enough, a couple Tylenol and a Vivarin will take care of it. If that doesn't I have stronger meds up to and including Percocet. And if that doesn't kill it, then I go downtown to the hospital. But I haven't been there for a headache in a few years *knock on wood.
Depends on the kind of headache.
I drink a can of soda and a couple glasses of water in case I'm dehydrated or I'm withdrawing from caffeine. If neither of those helps I usually smoke some weed and that does wonders.

Dark rooms, ice cold water, caffeine, and dark chocolate. I don't need them all, usually one or two, but those are my go-to's when I have a migraine/headache.
Doesn’t work for everyone but I got a daith piercing for both ears for my once chronic migraines. I went from migraines multiple times a week to a handful in a year since getting the piercings.
But for a regular headache, caffeine and ibuprofen.
Peppermint oil on the temples and forehead. And dab or two at the base of the skull on each side in back, right on the neck muscles. If it sinus or weather related, works 90% of the time for me and the wife. Carefull around your eyes, the vapors can irritate the eyes a bit.
They are very rare, maybe 1 or 2 a year, but if I get one I will take 3 extra strength Excedren and lay down for a short nap.
Nothing helps mine, and they sometimes go on for days!

I can understand you might be a little apprehensive to chat with me because of my age.
It is difficult for ladies to want to chat with me, because there is a huge stigma and a certain level of taboo connected to my age.
What is it exactly that makes mature woman attractive to me?
Have you ever really looked deeply at and felt a mature woman?
For me…
There is a sense of something rich, mature and possibly deep that can emanate through her body, a quality that is attractive in and of itself.
She usually offers an image of the aging gracefully, sexy mature woman as something that is desirable, something that aspire me to and look forward to being one day – beautiful mature women. They still so radiant because what’s inside always shines outward. They teach me to love myself, and love my life, and I will attract others.

It's so long since I had one I would have to check the medicine cabinet. Probably Panadol
I haven't had one in a very long time. But when I did simply 2 Tylenol was the fix.

Many years ago I used to find a sauna worked.
Often sleeping it off works for me. Lots of fluids/water, maybe some food. It really depends on the type of pain.
Lobotomy or decapitation.
But in all seriousness, I don't know.
I don't take over the counter meds(straightedge) but at times a cold shower helps or I sleep it off;not much sleep takes places though.
Ignoring Ivanka's posts usually does it.
