my workout is playing tennis and I love it. I will sometimes do a hard workout with a pro and I leave the court drenched. I have slowed down over the years but I can still get a workout from it.

It depends on the workout but generally yes, almost always. I’ve been in a few group fitness classes that weren’t that fun but everything else I’ve done for workouts has been enjoyable.

I fucking hate working out. It's SO boring. I enjoy a long walk, cuz I can look at stuff. But spending 1.5 hours on the exercise bike bores me silly. TV, music, radio doesn't help.

I've set up our ancient Wii console to see if I can get enough of a workout playing Sports Resort.

I don't really enjoy it much, I'm starting from a modest level and there's a lot of work I'd have to put in to get good at it.
I'm going to have to just push through and do it, so I can keep writing material for you folks

I cycle most days when I can but the weather has been poor and dangerous especially on the route I take which takes me along the sea front so I have been doing five sets of chair exercises three times daily when weather improves will get back out on the bike and keep my chair exercises going

No. But every time I exercise, my mood will be very good and my body will be very comfortable. I think I should exercise regularly.

I love to workout but few months ago I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. If you dont know what is plantar fasciitis? It is a really common connective tissue problem. It typically involves tenderness and irritation of the thick band of tissue at the end of your foot, which connects the toes and heel bones together.
Now, the doctor has advised me to stop workout for few months until my foot got better and I got rid of this disease.

Yes, working the weights always lifts my spirits, feels good in the body and relieves stress. Enjoy making progress - adding weight or reps. Can be slow but always satisfying. Plus there are always good looking bodies to admire. And so cool just to look better. Before doing seriously, I thought it would be boring, it's not. Now, golf. That is something boring and frustrating! Not that I want to start any arguments

I have been enjoying working out for four years now. It is the only time of the day to listen to new music and turn off my brain. I feel relaxed afterwards and ready to get shit done. I like working out each morning, give you the feeling of having accomplished something. And of course, I like the "side-effects" (which are actually the main effects) of looking good.

My wife loves working out. I work out because I want to be able to continue doing the things I enjoy without getting breathless or a pounding heart. I, also, like being able to get under my truck, tractor or work on my boat without grunting and groaning as I crawl, kneel, stoop, or even stand back up. It, also, helps with balance. So...high ho, high ho off to exercise I go!

Hell no, but I work a sedentary job and I'm not a spring chicken anymore, so it must be done.

I dislike it for the first couple of weeks, then truly enjoy it.

All I do is walk, when the weather is warm enough, but I really love it.

Nintendo Sports too, but I don't think that counts.

I used to love it, but now Iโ€™m older, I resent that itโ€™s a necessary evil rather than a lifestyle choice.

It seems simple to me that in order to enjoy your workout, you need to be doing something that you enjoy. If it's an unpleasant task, how long do you expect to be interested enough to continue? For me, swimming fits the bill. I enjoy it, get a great workout without pounding my old joints, and every now and then a nice example of female scenery appears in the pool to keep me reminded of why I want to stay in shape in the first place. I know that swimming isn't for everyone, but the point remains, find something you actually look forward to doing rather than just wearing out your sneakers doing something you consider an unenjoyable chore.

I love long walks, which is my main exercise. Exercising on a bike or at a gym bores me stupid.

I work out daily, it is a routine just like brushing my teeth. On rare occasions when I am not able to work out, I crave it. Most of the times I enjoy it and it invigorates me, but of course there are days when I really don't feel like excercizing and have to force myself, but usually once I begin to move I get more motivated to finish the routine.
