I think beard makes a men looks more sexy and manly if it is well maintained and shaped...( otherwise it will tickle when it comes in contact with skin).
But sadly I have seen a lot of men with beard who looked no better than Dryopithecus (was the ancient ape men according to evolutionary theo.)
So I prefer clean shaved men.

If a guy does grow a beard then he must keep it trimmed and tidy.
As a teenl I got beard rash from guys who had not shaved for a day or two. That turned me off kissing and inviting them downstairs.

I can go either way, clean cut or facial hair, but ONLY if it is close & well-groomed.
I do not really care for full beards myself when they are thick and bushy or getting longer than the chin. A goatee is fine & my boyfriend has a mustache and small beard right now. I go for a lot of styles, (most any) if very trim & neat looking. (Scruff-look is fine, I like it, but I like it more if it is groomed 'enough': I don't care for it up the cheeks or down neck really).

No Santa/DD beards need apply here, but I do love some facial hair on a main. I like the heavy scruff as it softens, and that's what my other half is rocking right now. He keeps it trimmed, but I do enjoy the little bit of length he keeps on his chin. It's about an inch, and gives me enough to tug when I want to change his "direction".

I agree with this. A little stubble on hot dark haired guy can be very sexy, especially if he has long hair. But full beards.................NOT!!

I think it depends on the man. I find facial hair very attractive on certain men and other not at all. And some men look odd without a beard. As long and it isn't out of control and crazy it can very super sexy!!!

Many women have told me they love neatly-trimmed beards. Of course, I've sported one since 1967.
