I'm of the opposite mindset. Some tattoos are so ugly that they'd be ugly on anybody, and some tattoos are so stunning that they'd be stunning on anybody.
I can't imagine a single person who'd benefit from sporting a tattoo as shitty as this one.
I love creative and colorful tattoos myself, on both guys and girls. I have a small hidden one myself. I admire people who get those apparent tattoos all over their arms, shoulders or backs, but I just can't gather the courage for that myself. And that's despite often being told that I have enormous balls (for a girl).

I don't like tattoos on men. I think if they possess the qualities associated with men, they need nothing else to make themselves count.

I LOVE tattoos. I don't think women should be covered in them, men it doesn't matter as much but still within reason. I have five atm, one on the back of each shoulder; I happen to think the Phoenix on the right side is fabulous. Then lower back, a small one on my left wrist and one on my arse 
I plan to get this one next on my right wrist but with a 'C', and then I want one on my tummy. I will probably stop after that.

I like them. I think they tell a lot about where a person was in their life when they got them. But I wouldn't avoid someone who didn't have them. I am not a fan of facial tats though. I love mine and can't wait to get more

I've never slept with anyone who was inked, but I've got two tattoos, one on my left pectoral and one that covers most of my back and comes down onto my right pec (that one's nowhere near done and will likely continue being worked on for a few more years before it's fully detailed, much less colored.) As long as the ink tells a story, I find tattoos fascinating.

I love ink as a way of self expression. I have several tattoos and I have no regrets. I wouldn’t date someone who didn’t like them on me as long as they are in moderation. Each one of mine is connected with a specific memory. I find them incredibly sexy on men when in moderation as well.

Cartoonish style art never looks well.
I dislike people who like tattoos but can't even state which style it is.
I don't have any tattoos even though I constantly want to get my neck blasted w/ MAYHEM band logo or THE EXPLOITED skull logo, getting VON on my right temple but then again I don't have a large forehead--not much forehead real estate there and lastly my hands, mainly an X on my ring finger as I'm a straighedge through and through.
