I think it's much hotter when the guy does it. There's something intensely masculine about it that I'm excited by - a woman getting a guy off isn't masculine, it's a subservient act (in appearance) and doesn't thrill me quite as much.
Such scenes do great when she's open-mouthed and waiting to take it.
