Some IT guys get all the fun . That has never happened to me in 20 odd years doing geek work.

OTOH, as an IT manager, I'd be rather unimpressed with a contractor who couldn't fix a problem and then took the time to bang the staff instead of calling for backup. Though I suppose if he was distracted by being in the office with you and getting laid got his focus back, I could handle it.
