Would any older members care to discuss masturbation and sex as an older person?

I'm just turned 65. My general libido has slowed & I only am horny enough to have sex or mastrubate every second or third day. Keeping my weight down, and getting to the gym helps a lot. My erections are not consistent/reliable, so I have a prescription for Snandafil (the generic of Viagra). 20 or 40 mg will do it out of a maximum dose of 100mg. I usually don't use it to mastrubate, just for sex with others.

The past few years most of my partners have been women, three were under age forty, several in their fifties, and three others in their sixties. They've pretty much all been skilled, generous, and interesting people to talk to. Along the way There have also been a couple single men, husbands of the ladies previously mentioned, and a MtF transgender who had a 28 year marriage with one of the ladies.

Noticed my semen is clear these days, hardly opacity at all. About the same quantity. After thirty plus years of practice I have the appreciation of intense moments of pleasure during sex instead of a more traditional orgasm with ejaculation. Since i can retain a erection or recover it relatively quickly after these non orgasm orgasms I will often try for several of those moments before 'unloading'. Also found I can leave the bed just as satisfied after several of these without actually cumming with ejaculation & all.

Recognize that my sexual life could be cut off within the next ten years, and certainly within fifteen to twenty. So every day & every encounter is a gift to enjoy.

Age is just a number these days. If you look after yourself which includes diet and fitness then there no reason for sex not to continue .

I'm 68, still think about sex all the time, masturbate every other day or so. Don't have sex as often as I would like, but I am single and don't get out to find the ladies as much. Hope to going till the very end.

I just married a man that will be 64 in August....his libido is still quite strong and is a wonderful lover. I know he still masturbates because we have masturbated in front of each other on a couple of occasions. I could not ask for a better partner. He is very accommodating of my bisexuality and is not a jerk about always wanting to join in to make it a 3some. As was said above, age is just a number and I am sure he would tell you that your sex life remains whatever you choose to make it, if it is important to you. Hopefully, it will continue to be important to him for many years to come.

Main thing is finding partners who have taken care of themselves. Potential partners narrows down fast after about 55.

I'm sixty-four now, and I've noticed a definite decrease in my libido over the last couple of years.

Five years ago, I would write my stories with a raging hard-on. These days, its always a surprise when the little fellah raises his head in response to a deliciously salacious sentence.

My days of spontaneous erections have long gone — apart from when I wake up of a morning, that is. Happily, I can purposefully coax one into life by imagining my teen wife being fucked senseless by certain of our friends of the time. Oh, how she wishes it had been so. Or by porn, or by stroking Mrs Bydesign's lovely butt while she tells me the names of the friends she did actually fuck.

But, thank god (touch wood — forgive the pun) my cock, when stirred into life, is as firm as it was when I was a callow youth.

One benefit of a reduced libido is that I can keep it up for much longer than I could as a younger man. Oh happy Mrs Bydesign
