I used to masturbate while being stoned when I was a bit younger, but it wasn't on purpose ; I never smoked a joint only to masturbate. It did provide some enjoyment at times since it makes you more relaxed and alters your focus, but it also feels kinda lame when you waste an entire afternoon watching porn while being stoned.
Now sex with marijuana is a nice experience if your partner is into this drug too.
