I have not but have tried to encourage friends of mine to join.
Not yet and I am drawing close to 11 years on the site. Even if I did realize another member was someone I knew IRL, I might be reticent to own up unless I was sure it was someone that I could trust with the knowledge that I am on here.

Same! I’m open about using Lush with a couple of people and always recommend them to try. I make jokes about them scoring bonus points if they are able to find my profile ;) Haven’t met anyone I know on here yet.

I have one real life friend on my Lush Friend's List, whom I encouraged to join Lush.
There are two others on Lush who I don't know personally in real life, however they have met & worked with relatives of mine. It's fun to hear "work" stories of my 2 relatives. It's shown me another side of them.
No, though I have met two members from this site in RL, one an author and one a story commentator.

Kinda.... an acquaintance from work is divorced. The story was the wife had a freaky hidden sex life and was now in a D/s relationship. When I first joined Lush I saw the women living closest to me and in scanning their profiles and photos figured out who she was. We've traded a few messages but do not know each other IRL.
No but then again there is not to many members from my little corner of the universe. Would be kind of cool if it happened and resulted in a FWB scenario.
I've met one Lush friend in RL, but it was planned. I've tried to connect with a couple of women nearby but can't even get a reply to a message.
