As many others before me have said, it goes with being a nurse. I try very hard to just laugh and dismiss it with a smile. It does no good to engage in an argument or conversation about the ethics of it. The line is drawn at being groped. There were two occasions from a customer when I was a salesperson in the field... both were quite awkward - one even sent me this very weird love letter type card lol... neither were really my type which was probably good because it could have created some conflict of interest.
