It should be pointed out that even one "session" of this sort of activity can result in acute kidney injury (AKI), necessitating immediate medical intervention, which may or may not be able to avert complete renal failure.
AKI can also precipitate a host of other issues, including intra-abdominal ascites, cardiomyopathy, liver failure, and brain damage. No, not even kidding on that last one. Please keep this activity in the realm of fantasy.
Holding your pee for a little too long ONCE in a while is not harmful. People do it at their jobs or while running errands all the time, or before ultrasounds. For women, a full bladder can stimulate the g-spot and makes for a magnificent orgasm (or "peegasm" if you release your bladder at the same time). Highly recommended.
If you're grossed out by the idea just say so but don't perpetuate myths about it being dangerous. For any healthy person who drinks enough water on a daily basis, it's not. 👍

It's not a myth. Keywords here are "once in a while" but doing so consistently results in a host of issues, even for the average person at work who holds their pee for whatever reason, those complications can still arise. Some people are more susceptible than others. No harm in exercising caution.
