You know, I appreciate what you're going through, but nobody cares when a woman cums really fast, at least not nearly so frequently, and with far less stigma. I admit that sometimes a guy or a girl makes a jerky comment if I cum really fast, but for the most part, there's an assumption that I'm good to go again, which I am.
