Pretty simple reason. Sizes have gotten bigger. Ex. A size 6 from several years ago is now a 4. Why? Designers wanted to sell more by saying a 4 was a 6. And, because they know we love fitting into a smaller size even if we are lying to ourselves. Hence, size 8 became a 6, 6 became a 4, 4 became a 2, size 0 became a negative 2, and so on.

If you really want to be confused, try figuring out your bra size. Thank God, I'm a 34 large a-cup and don't have wear one. I know a friend that are 32G (something like that) and can't find a 32G and she has to try on a bunch to get a bra that fits. Sofia Vergara bitched about this in an article I read. She's like 32DDD or 32E or something.

Just one thing, girls/women that stick around with or go back to physically abusive boyfriends/husbands.

That many can't apprehend the fact that althought I heartily enjoy giving them my full attention on some occasions, I don't enjoy offering such attention 24/7.

Yes! Yeesh.

Last year a woman down the street came over all the time asking for help getting away from her abusive boyfriend.

GAH!

She did it 5 times - cops always involved, etc - and I helped a few - before i told her to fuck off. She obviously didn't care about HERSELF at all. (I know - that makes me some sort of evil in people's eyes. I have children, though - and didn't need him causing problems in my life because of her refusal to just leave him for good.)

Just a suggestion since I dont wish to spend a week just on this thread alone, could you perhaps change the question to 'What things DONT baffle you about women' please?.

Honestly, there's really not a lot of things that baffle me about women, aside from what I previously posted. Maybe that's just me, but there's a lot more things that baffle me about guys my age.

I'll weight in here since I somewhat have experience in this. My brother's wife has worked with many of these women.

Many times, it involves a lot of mental manipulation on apart of the male. They are nice and sweet and loving on occasion, but other times turn cold, brutal, and mean. And they lead the women to believe it is their fault and it them who need to change, not their BF/husband.

Also, it comes down to self-worth. Many women believe that is what they deserve, no matter how wrong they are. They simply think that's the kind of love they were granted in life.

It's fucked up, but those types of relationships are anything but simple.

it's not always as cut and dried as all that. should a woman just pack up what she can carry and run? yeah, probably, but not all abusive relationships are black and white, nor are the abuses 24/7 OR merely physical. unless you've been caught in one, it's easy to say 'i would never let that happen to me'. i don't think what you said is evil, but i do think it's from a different perspective from someone who has gone through abuse, and i do see why you'd, after 5 times, start backing off. it can take a toll on people outside as well and draw them into what is, in effect, a nightmarish situation.

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

The one thing that baffles me about some women is that they tend to have bipolar outbursts right before their periods -.- no bueno haha..
and don't even ask about during their period, that just leaves me in awe

Woman: A person who doesn't have to tell you what she wants, but reserves the right to be pissed off if she doesn't get it.

Man: A creature made at the end of the week's work when God was tired.

ok, keeping this light hearted, a rebuttal of sorts, based on most of the things said in this tread:

i buy a lot of clothes at thrift shops or target. sometimes i want to look nice, though, and buy something expensive, so i do.

i love shoes. guys don't get the variety of choices we get, so maybe that's why they don't get it, but dammit, there's a wide range of wonderful looking shoes and i like wearing them.

guys like expensive toys too. guitars, motor cycles, cars, etc. i bet i spend less on clothes, makeup, shoes, and accessories then most guys do on their toys. lets throw in things like video games, entertainment, electronics, and sports into the mix. yep, i guarantee i do.

make up. i like to look pretty - most guys appreciate it.

nail polish. that ones for me. it makes me happy, and it's a craft or a hobby of sorts. i don't mind you playing your video games at $60 dollar each. don't bother me about buying a half dozen polishes at $8 each.

heels. i'm short. heels are a necessity at times. also, i look good in them. most guys appreciate that.

i can find EVERYthing in my purse without even looking it it - simply by knowing where it belongs and by feel. like Dani says, there's a reason only i can do that. ask me to pull anything out of it blind folded and i will without blinking an eye.

on the subject of nagging. maybe if you just took the initiative and did stuff around the house without being asked, i wouldn't nag you - i'm not the only one who know's how to take out the garbage, do the dishes, clean out the toilet, clean the cat boxes, do laundry, or vacuum. pick 3 house hold chores a day to do without being asked and i'll probably never bother you about anything - you'll probably get a blow job out of it too.

my period messes with my hormones and for some of us, it's physically uncomfortable. try being pleasant when your feel like shit and your body and brain are slightly out of whack. it's not like we ENJOY bleeding three days a month.

women don't always lose interest in sex, they simply lose it in the person they're with. sometimes that's on them, sometimes it's on you. takes two to tango.

on telling people they need to pee. i was with a guy that, when i got up to go somewhere, he had ocd on needing to know where i was going and why. he took it to another level. where are you going? to the bathroom. why? i have to pee. i got in the habit...

that all said, i find it rude to just get up and leave without an explanation. and yes, women DO pee. we also poop and sometimes we fart. i even burp occasionally.

No. No. Nopers to the double nope. You fluff. Don't ruin my mental image.

As a dude, the nagging question of "where are you going" is a pet peeve of mine. Then again, my dad ALWAYS asks/asked that question. I hate it. With a fiery passion. Even now.

a fluffer is a person employed to keep a male adult film star aroused on the set, fyi. smile

that particular bf was, putting it mildly, pretty controlling. upsetting him by not telling him what i was up to wasn't always to my advantage. some habits die hard.
