Okay here's how it works for me: As the woman approaches, I look at her figure. It's all I can see at this point. As she gets closer, I can see her face. And that's where I focus. I've thought a lot about this and I've come up with the "BTS Ratios": Boobs to Stomach and Butt to Small of Back. If your stomach is relatively toned and flat, your boobs will pop out in comparison and I'll check them out. Similarly, if your core is toned and you don't have a muffin-top, your ass will stick out no matter what and I'll check that out. Proportionality matters more than sheer size and I think most guys notice those ratios intuitively.
