I prefer a girl with no or very very little make-up. I absolutely hate that "caked on" look that so many have.

The less makeup, the better for me. Lightly applied, if any.

As an outdoors guy I definitely prefer a more natural look to a girl. One who can roll out of bed and still look like the girl you went to bed with. With that being said though, I dated a woman in college who was a fair-skinned redhead and if she did not wear eye shadow you could see all the capillaries which was not exactly sexy.

Makeup is not bad as long as the other person can't tell the amount you have. Some people wear a lot and you can't even tell, but when you can tell its all fake then its a turn off.

it depends on how she looks without makeup

Where I come from very few women have makeup on...so what you see is what you get....also half the women still prefer the old habits walking half naked in the villages...

Just a little. Caked on is a turn-off though.

when it comes to make up, less is definately more! I like the healthy outdoor type, no make up.

If you’re going to the gym, to work out, then no.
When we go out, I make an effort to dress well, I think it’s important for the girl I’m with to look good.

Although Make up can make a woman beautiful, I prefer all natural.

I don't mind either way unless it is too much makeup, like the "caked on" thing somebody mentioned.

I prefer light makeup, if any. The caked up thing is a major turn off.

I prefer light makeup or none at all. None at all is more intimate when we are kissing. If I can kiss her face and my lips are actually touching her skin, that's a turn-on. A good makeup application should enhance a woman's beauty, not change her into looking like someone else. Know what I mean?

Makeup is alright to a point. Ive seen amazing women with little to none on, and ive also seen amazing women with alot on. Personally i think a little goes along way.

i prefer the natural or barely there look to accent things, but if she puts it on with a trowel, then no fucking way. Very unattractive and trashy.

Guys this is from another female. I had these two cents and knew there would be an opportunity to use them.

Make up is part of the maturing phase and why should not a young girl have fun with it. Guys I think you could have lots of fun with your lady playing different roles and having the makeup to go with it.

Soon enough we all will need to wear subtle makeup and if we do it right you will never know we are wearing this helper.

Lets have fun!

I was recently told by a guy that i wear too much makeup! (I know, how rude!) What do you think about women and their makeup, do you prefer them natural with no touch ups or anything, or you don't mind a bit of makeup?

Please answer my question, guys!

make up done right looks good...make up done wrong looks like bozo the clown...he might have been doing you a favor telling you that...

Hi friends

Here is another woman mouthing off again in Ask The Guys. However, I may have something to say.

I live not far from the Movie Capital of California and in fact, many people from the industry live close by. I am not an expert in makeup in any way, but I have learned a bit.

This I promise if done right makeup can do several things for the woman.

First, if she has a few flaws and who does not makeup can either reduce the flaw or in some cases make it disappear completely. I guaranty the most beautiful actress on the silver screen has some of those nasty things just like you and I.

Secondly, and what I like the best it allows you to hide a few pages from that darn calendar and nobody has any idea just how old you are.

Lastly, If done professionally and done correctly no one will even know that you have any makeup on. I know woman have been passed on the street when people say "God she looks great and with not a drop of makeup". When actually she is wearing a full set of paint.

Yes nothing looks worse than badly done makeup

I let a lady make that decision as it is her face, and her needs and desires that are involved.
IMHO, AGE has not been noted much, if at all, in the male responses so far.

When you're naturally beautiful why you want to put a make up. I prefer without make up. But you could enhance your beauty in dressing.

But what if you are naturally butt ugly?

I prefer a girl who's happy. If she likes wearing make-up and it makes her more confident, that's sexy. Just aesthetically... I think a little eye make-up can be striking and change someone's whole look, which is cool if it's what she's going for. Overall I think less is better than more... but again, whatever makes her happy.

As long as it looks good, loads or little.

But not ALL the time. Save it for days/nights out, to go with the outfit etc.

Prefer less or none.

Enough make up that you feel comfortable with yourself, but more towards the natural look. I personally like a girl who looks comfortable in her own skin without having to cover it all up.

I like a little make-up, especially a little lipstick, I find it brightens up and softens up a woman's face.

Are we talking Lady GAGA makeup here or just a little makeup?

I like the natural look but a little makeup never hurt anybody.
