If they have a nice voice to begin with any accent can be nice.
It's like accessorizing for your voice, if your ugly it doesn't matter how nice the scarf you put on is, it's not going to make a difference. Same sort of thing goes for voices with accents.
I prefer the European English accent best. Then the southern Belle after that lol
