I wouldn't go quite that far. Yes true I am married but I don't go around with blinkers on, but I still think you can admire a person without imagining them being naked . I also think it works both ways as well. I did feel slightly uncomfortable going to a night club straight after a "ladies night" when the crowd in their were mainly women, with eyes watching every move I made even though I was with my partner.
I don't undress a woman in my mind, I just admire her body, the way she moves, her shape, her bum, her breasts, her hair and eyes. But when I speak to a woman, that is just as important for me, a woman's personality, wit, intellect and humour as just a big a factor for me, if not moreso. My fantasy that runs in my head is more romantic than outright sexual.

For majority of young men this is absolutely true. The older a man gets he does it less often than the younger men but still does it a lot, especially if the woman is sexually arousing to him.
I don’t imagine women with their clothes off. Honestly, they are quite beautiful enough clothed, and even if she was not wearing something scanty and revealing, she would be more sexy than if she were completely nude.

Not every guy undresses with their eyes but a lot do. As to frequency? I don’t know. I can say an attractive woman always get looks especially if they excentuate that beauty. I don’t undress every woman with my eyes although I do notice if they are attractive.
