No I wouldn't come out and say it but I woul maybe suggest things to help improve things. I think telling a woman she is rubbish in bed is an awful thing to do, could really give her a bad complex.

Whoa!!!!! No way I would tell her something like that! It would be terrible to hurt someone's feelings that way! If you want to give some constructive criticism you should do it in a way that is not even critical. Tell them that you'd think it would be so hot if they did this or that a certain way and make them excited to do that for you. And after tell them how great it was. They will only get better then.
