Best? I think it all depends on what my intent for the viewing is. But here goes...

1. Partially dressed....maybe bikini or bra and panty.

But like I said, it depends on many factors. I LOVE panty shots, the knowing but not seeing. But I also love fully nude. And dressed is nice too. LOL Flashing has to go last because it is kind of a mix.

I didn't rate them because like I said, it all depends on many factors.

well, to me it's a matter of perception that's not categorized. Each woman is unique and the allure is to each beholder. I find beauty and sex appeal in most every woman I see. It's how natural and confident she is portrayed as. Age, size, clothes and position are all relative to that.

I prefer to see women in the above order. It gives you something to desire. I am a very visual
person so seeing a beautiful woman in full clothed nice dress heels etc. Is an extreme turn on
for me. Makes you imagine whats underneath.

(1) rate it a five
(2)with a nice bod & face she would also rate a five
(3)rate it a three, & hope that she is the one you described as your #1 which would undoubtedly raise her to a four

For me personally, it depends on the individual picture, the expression on the face etc. How tastefully the picture is taken, whether the picture stimulates the mind rather than the genitals,

i'd be a filthy liar if i didn't say that action pics or nudes weren't the best. altho seeing those right away would be a bit anti-climatic. i like things to progress. see them clothed, then in bra, then nude, then XXX.

Partially dressed is sexiest to me. I like the teasing, but like the tiny bit of mystery too.
Then Fully dressed but showing off the curves.
Flashing, then naked.
Having sex takes the fun part away...the imagination!!
