Personally, it was often several times a day when I was in my teens and twenties, though occasionally I'd be too busy with other things and go a couple days without. Somewhat less in my forties and fifties, and probably it's now typical for me to masturbate 3 or 4 days a week, but on those days I might do it more than once, so I figure still 5-7 times a week.
