Well i am currently naked, and i spend as much time as possible naked. Momma and I probably spend between 15 to 20 hours a day naked, unless we hafta go outside. we do do naked camping, so i guess we are not always dressed outside lol.

Anyone who has been through the Aussie summer this year without a properly functioning air con would get why I spend 90% of my day naked. The other ten percent is when I have to drive, cause apparently you just can't drive around in your underwear anymore. Sheesh.
But other than that....usually it's just an old band t-shirt and boylegs. My brother's always used to joke that they always knew I was going out because I was wearing pants.

I might consider working out in a gym naked but I'd never go running naked...that would hurt! But swimming naked would be okay..not in the ocean though...something might bite!!!! ouch! Once we watched TV naked with a bunch of other people and I have played naked beach volleyball.

I don't consider sleeping naked as being naked . I am sure the questioner is meaning walking about the house , in the garden , swimming , at the beach , in the country or mountains . I have liked to be naked from an early age , but I think there is a time and place . I live in Thailand where nudity is ; but my wife and I are nude for about half an hour , getting up and showering in the morning , the same in the evening . When the door is shut we are happy to walk about the house naked , my wife sometimes works at her computer naked after her evening shower . Sometimes we have bathed outside in the garden at night when there is torrential rain .

I probably would walk around the house naked a lot more if there weren't always Polish workmen wandering around outside my house (nice guys, but a bit nosier than I would like).
As such, my nudity (and even time only in underwear) is fairly limited. To be honest, I don't have any great desire to be naked more than I have to be, it's more laziness than anything else. When clothed, I feel like I can be more productive and get on with my day. It's a psychological thing.
Far from finding nakedness freeing, it kind of puts me on edge, lest someone see me. Curse my modesty.

Once when I lived by myself, I'd had a few drinks while a friend was over, once he left I decided to freshen up my drink and get naked. I locked the door pulled the appropriate blinds, I spent up until dinner time chatting up girls (and some guys, hey come on I was drunk) on the net, then cooked italian (still nikid), had a few more drinks had a shower and decided to have an "intimate" shave in preparation for some camming shenanigans later that night. The shenanigans were a success, I woke up the next morning to the white noise of the tv after the long ended swedish porn movie with a splitting headache and a butt plug still inside me....Ahhh memories.

If I had my own place I'd spend most of the time I was home naked. But since I spend most of my time in my room I do try and go naked as much as possible if I know I'm going to be spending several hours without needing to leave it. I did start to sleep naked starting at about age 16 though I think.

I am an older man (65) and have been this way all my life. I hate clothes and seem to lack modesty in most all situations and wear clothes ONLY when the law requires it. In other words, I am pretty much naked all the time except when I run out for an errand or on when my massage therapist ( I have a shattered back) is here to work on me. My wife died 7 years ago but I am this way whether alone or in a relationship. My massage therapist tickles me. She has her own key, but she always taps on the door, even though I am always dressed for her, "just in case".

I try and spend as much time as possible naked, but living with a flat mate makes it a little more difficult. Hoping to get a place of my own soon so will be naked from the minute I walk in the door. Don't really find just being naked a sexual thing.
