What's the allure of sex at a younger age?
I'm not as old as the guys you are talking about, but I have to say I just don't understand the reasoning of the question. Sex is great- and I'm assuming men don't hit 50 and think 'well, this is shit then'. So nothing changes about sex other than the age of the guy doing it (and, perhaps, the frequency!). But the same biological needs that occur for men in their teens continues to death.
Some women hit menopause and see a decline in their sex drive, but that's because they have changed biologically (but menopause effects women differently, and not everyone will see a drop in sex drive- but any change can be attributed to a change to their bodies). But there is no such male change- we are always producing Semen, and our testosterone will always be pushing us to release that into fine ladies (or others) bodies (or into Kleenex, as is my most recent experience)
