My honest view... unless you have been both you can't answer. Every man is different. period. Men who are either or not can last long and others can't. And then there are times when any given man can last longer than other times. It is not as simple as saying one IS or is NOT more X Y or Z than the other by default. Kind of like asking if a man/woman can stand more or less pain given X or Y situation.... well, that depends on the person more than the X or Y.

As far as from personal experience from the guys I hvae been with through the years. I have been with several uncut guys but more cut guys. I didn't personally find any difference based on how long a man lasted.
Of course i didn't conduct a scientific study, just going on personal experience. some of the cut guys lasted just as long as the uncut guys, and vice versa on the other end of the spectrum.
I have read that the general concensus is that because cut guys don't have the covering that our heads get thicker and lose sensitivity and that is supposed to make us longer to cum. Uncut guys are supposed to be more sensitive and not only shoot quicker but enjoy it more.
To me as far as the enjoying it more, I don't understand knowing that one for sure unless a guy got cut later in life and had the pleasure of having known both. I know those guys exist. I have never known one but have heard of them. It would be interesting to read a story, read a scientific study and/or testimonials from those guys. I am uncut. I'm sooo glad my parents didn't get me circumcised when I was born. However, if they did, I'd probably be glad that they did get me cut. I would hate to have to use lube for my personal fun time, although I know some don't need it. I don't understand what the misconception is that cut guys have to use lube to masturbate. I am cut and I masturbate often without any lube with no problems at all.
