totally depends on how natural they look and how proportionate they are... good example of nicely done breast augmentations is Janine Lindemulder in the 90s,... her breasts looked great IMHO, fairly real and not large. in the last decade of the 8 gfs i had, 4 had breast enhancements... only one was disproportionate and it was sort of obvious hers were not real when she was clothed. the other ladies looked natural clothed and unclothed. breast augmentations need periodic surgical "tune-ups" too otherwise they start getting misaligned.
sometimes women need restoration after childbirth and a few years. the ladies who had them looked great and they felt sexier.. as long as the doc doesn't snip any nerves around those nipples, that would be unfortunate
They can be a turn on but only if they aren't too big, big implants just look silly!
Not all girls are created equal, thus pluses and minuses. Love the Look. Don't like worrying about breaking them, and don't like the loss of sensitivity in the nipples. But I date or shoot girls both ways.

Natural is my preference. I prefer busty girls, but if a she does have implants, for whatever reason, I wouldn't mind as long as they LOOK natural. The over-inflated look is a turn-off for me.

I like both. I love boobs in all sizes. They are a very sexy part on the woman's body. I would support anyone that wanted to get them. Hoping they have thought about it and done some research. Studies also say that women with implants like to have sex more so I am all for it!!!!
We males are very visually oriented. On top of that, way too often, men express "partialism" ( ) and statistically, boobies are the favorite part for most men. So, yeah, ods are that a boob job will give you an edge in attracting that special dude. Nonetheless, a big second place is the butt (there are boobs guys, and there are butt guys). From there on down, you will find that some guys will find the oddest body parts irresistible. From noses to toes, you name it, some guy digs it.
I myself prefer a slim body and perky tits, or otherwise beautiful balance. Huge Tits Dude would disagree, but to each his own.
I prefer natural, but wouldn't avoid a woman who has implants. Implants are fine if they look natural, but, overall, I like a woman who's confident in her own skin, and enjoys herself!
Total turn-off - every body should be natural
I have a feeling that most are going to say they find artificial boobs, and other enhanced features a turn off as I do. The woman of my nightmares would be plastic woman with Collagen lips and a Botox smile. Noooo!
Anyway, in my opinion a confident women in her own skin is the sexiest to me. Breast size takes a second place to self assurance. I see very few large breasted fit and healthy women. Tight buns and abs are the ticket.
Turn-off...breasts should be natural; big, small, or in-different.
They don't bother me as long as they don't make the woman's tits look like beach balls bolted onto her chest. Personally, though, I like big naturals. Maybe to the point of irrational exclusion of all others.

Women's breasts are sexy because they are....wait for it....women's breasts! I would rather see and touch any size that was natural over artificially enhanced.

Okay...let's be real...If a woman is really flat and she would like to have breasts, ok...BUT --- 1) being sexy isn't about how large your breasts are, it's how you feel about your body and connecting with another person... 2) having implants can be a very painful process... 3) a lot of implants are poorly done, and the woman is left with not the image she had hoped to project. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...if one person doesn't see you as beautiful, don't assume that everyone sees you that way!!! You probably are beautiful, very beautiful!!! Natural every time. I have felt implanted breasts and found them to feel as artificial as they looked.

Not a turn off but I would rather have very small natural ones than any enhanced ones. Once the top is off they almost never look or feel natural.
Besides, I'm mostly into what's in the package rather than the package. Don't get me wrong there, the package can be wonderful, but the contents are so much better.
I am not a fan of fake breasts. I'd rather she have smaller natural breasts then huge implants.
I've never been presented with the opportunity to partake of enhanced breasts. I definitely would not pass up the chance if offered though.
