It's not as hard as you might think, particularly if there was a lot of alcohol involved. OK, a few replies from my own personal experience:
If by orgasm you mean ejaculate - no, once the dam truly breaks, there's no squeezing the toothpaste back in the tube. And it takes time to reload (the older, the longer).
But I've found it possible to reach the "pulsating" stage, and then hold back just enough to keep from ejaculating. If I hit it just right, I can then keep pulsing without ejaculating. When that happens, I even get temporarily partially-soft, but then I can get hard again within a matter of minutes. And sometimes there's no need for an "intermission" at all.
Not a trick that I could have managed when younger, but there are SOME advantages to maturity. (*smiling*)

You'd be surprised the details (such as a lack of sticky semen everywhere...) that a woman will overlook, either out of momentary ecstasy or denial. Yes, I've faked it. Sometimes, it just isn't jiving with a girl and the time comes to pull the plug, but it isn't worth hurting her feelings- so you fake it.
