I'd say there are two schools of thought on that:

1) You're doing something wrong, or they'd be moaning, gasping, or screaming in appreciation and the throes of passion, or;

2) You're doing everything right and she's enjoying it, otherwise she'd be telling you what you were doing wrong.

You'll find it's easier on the male ego to just assume the latter.
