Um, there's a lot more than two types of men. I like smart, funny, sexy... and I agree with Essence: young cockiness is really tiresome.
Definitely strong and silent for me. I admire strength of body and mind. All though I love words, I can appreciate a man that doesn't always have to use them. He has the expertise and experience to let you know what he wants without them.
A guy who is cocky reminds me of a rooster, he may be entertaining and confident in a pen full of hens but wait till another rooster gets in there.
A little farm humor there.d2KCdEK7vHBbsDtr
I like strong, confident and outgoing.
Not gonna lie, I've had my fair share of cocky types. They can sometimes be fun for the short-term (emphasis on the 'sometimes'.)
I don't do well with 'silent' guys though - I get bored. I thrive on energy and communication, so an overly quiet guy makes it difficult for me to connect with on the levels that I need to make a relationship work.
Neither really. I like confident, masculine but sensitive types. I like men to be manly but they have to have a 'cute' thing going on too + Olympic standard body. I am VERY picky when it comes to guys.
I'm a seriously boring person, but can fake it with the outgoing sort for a while - and have fun while at it! A cocky and confident guy will wear me out quite quickly though.
So I think I'd generally have a better time with the strong and silent type. I tend to enjoy periods of companionable, comfortable silence.
That said, people have dynamic personalities and I like the strong, silent types who'd let you be privy to their wit and confidence when the time and occasion calls for it.x
A man with confidence and strength unlike my husband lol
Strong and confident, never silent or cocky.
Confidence every time! I like a man to be a man, not a wimp.
I'm not shy about making the first move if necessary but I like a man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go for it. Most of the time I will do what he wants without even thinking about it if he initiates things confidently.
Strong & silent, but must also be confident.
Strong and silent. Love those that can control me with just a look or their eyes.
I prefer the strong and silent type...a healthy dose of self-confidence without the cockiness, a healthy dose of humility and willing to accept responsibility for mistakes, would be pretty much the perfect mix.
