Confident is something that get turned on by, that usually comes with age,, I can not handle youth cockiness.
When u say strong, I always wonder in what sense,... Strength? Ability? For me strong is strength in knowing who you are, controlling yourself as a gentleman and knowing when to use the physical strength when needed.mmmmm

Um, there's a lot more than two types of men. I like smart, funny, sexy... and I agree with Essence: young cockiness is really tiresome.

Definitely strong and silent for me. I admire strength of body and mind. All though I love words, I can appreciate a man that doesn't always have to use them. He has the expertise and experience to let you know what he wants without them.

A guy who is cocky reminds me of a rooster, he may be entertaining and confident in a pen full of hens but wait till another rooster gets in there.

A little farm humor there.SjXZV5U9WgNImtzd

Very often that's the simplest and MOST ACCURATE manner to describe someone or something. I have a 'farm' background as well as a 'city' raising.

I like strong, confident and outgoing.

Not gonna lie, I've had my fair share of cocky types. They can sometimes be fun for the short-term (emphasis on the 'sometimes'.)

I don't do well with 'silent' guys though - I get bored. I thrive on energy and communication, so an overly quiet guy makes it difficult for me to connect with on the levels that I need to make a relationship work.

Neither really. I like confident, masculine but sensitive types. I like men to be manly but they have to have a 'cute' thing going on too + Olympic standard body. I am VERY picky when it comes to guys.

I'm a seriously boring person, but can fake it with the outgoing sort for a while - and have fun while at it! A cocky and confident guy will wear me out quite quickly though.

So I think I'd generally have a better time with the strong and silent type. I tend to enjoy periods of companionable, comfortable silence.

That said, people have dynamic personalities and I like the strong, silent types who'd let you be privy to their wit and confidence when the time and occasion calls for it.x

I like a man that is a bit of all four.

I can be distant at times so any man with me needs to be strong and confident enough to know it's not him.

I also enjoy companionable silence. A man that I can just be with without having to fill the silence is amazing.

Then again I tend to be extremely shy so if my man is cocky (without being rude), it helps me be a little more outspoken.

Yes, I know it's a lot to put on one man.

I have a new story out! Wish You Were Here A teasing sub may I have pushed too far, but the punishment is oh so sweet.

Pinching it to use later? ;) Don't blame you. I didn't realise that we were at the tongue swapping stage already. Whatever happened to the good old days when a lady would buy a guy a drink

Confidence every time! I like a man to be a man, not a wimp.
I'm not shy about making the first move if necessary but I like a man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go for it. Most of the time I will do what he wants without even thinking about it if he initiates things confidently.

It took me 2 seconds to think of.....it just took me longer to remember that I was having a conversation on the forums ;)

It's possible and I forgive you ;) in order to prove it, I'm willing to let your bank details soften the blow.
Besides......it's rude to fully or otherwise grasp, strangers

Why isn't silent, stiff, and cold an option? (why yes, i HAVE been drinking - why do you ask?).

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

As a male I feel I should probably be offended by that...but maybe later; right now I'm too busy laughing my ass off!
