Please don't do this thinking it will turn women on, because it won't. I have actually had a partner with a piercing (apparently its a weightlifter thang), but it wasn't a turn on in itself, just part of a person I found attractive in himself. Totally different!

Oh and for the record, having a pierced penis means that condoms are a no-no (the metal rips them apparently), so I imagine that will not encourage future sexual partners!!
