By the past experience I can only say that this can happen if the guy uses sprays on his penis for delayed orgasm. Otherwise its very very very rare for me.

From what I read, and hear from friends, it's fairly uncommon for most women to come from penetration alone. But most women don't have sex as frequently or with as many partners as I do. We learn by doing, so I can do it pretty often.

Only a few times in my life. When I manage one I am inordinately proud of myself. When it happens, it's usually with me on top in a long session or I'm extremely aroused and it happens very quickly. Orgasms that way are not as intense as when my clitoris is stimulated, but profoundly deeper. A vaginal orgasm seems to involve my whole body whereas a clitoral one is more localized.

What Metilda said. My orgasm during sex is extraordinary, one I can't usually get by myself. However, I am aware I'm in the minority; I can also orgasm in less than five or ten minutes typically and have the ability for multiples. And at times, can get both kinds at once.
