This is not an entirely valid assertion. In Canadian law, it is unlawful to be nude in a public place, or so clad as to offend public decency. This also applies to a private place (in the home or back yard, for example), where one might be exposed to public view. Walking topless down Saint Laurent Boulevard in Montreal at noon would undoubtedly result in "an intervention" by authorities, although I have never tried it so I am not entirely certain. There are a few nude bathing sites in the Montreal area, and I visited one (a few years ago) and it was quite hospitable, but chilly even in late August.

I'm Canadian, I didn't really know this lol (though I still think, as some others have said, that you could get arrested for it...although maybe the legal part is if/when you fight it & win). Anyways...I'd go topless on a nude beach or at a fetish event (or in my own backyard where people weren't looking in), other than that I gotta say I wouldn't really be comfortable doing it.

I remember when they made that ruling. Lots of girls walked through downtown Toronto topless. But then the novelty wore off and you don't really see anybody doing it anymore. I wouldn't do it myself though.

It's probably okay during the summer, but Canada seems a bit too cold during the long winter months to be doing much outdoor topless activities. But we Lushies wouldn't turn down a photo of some Canadian ladies flashing boobs out in the snow. I can think of some Canadian Lushies that I'd love to see do that.
