In theory it's a great idea. In practice, it's a lot of work and as Verbal said, its very distracting, not to mention its very difficult for both of us to comfortable. The positioning is just awkward at best in my experience. I find it hard to concentrate on pleasing my lover at the same time I'm being coaxed to an oral orgasm.
