CDC says

I came across this interesting statistic. According to the CDC, twenty-five percent of women aged 25-49 have had 15 or more sexual partners.

Do you think the CDC got it right?

Correct, well, for me.

I'm always suspicious of sex surveys. I think some people exaggerate and some play down their number, and answers are impossible to verify.

In this survey I'd be in the 75% who have had less than 15.

Based on my friends, I would think the number would be above 25%. Most of my friends were above 15 partners by the time the graduated high school.

I guess so? I lost count when I spent many years with the same guy.

My statistics are half of that baseline - being in an exclusive relationship from 18yo to the current day (26yo) would be the reason.

My friends? Well, I guess some are taking the fast-train to Whoreville.
