Good and tough question. Really, the English language just isn't geared to gracefully discuss sex or sexual anatomy. When you call them breasts, it either sounds clinical or like you're ordering KFC or Popeye's chicken. And like one comedian said long ago, "Tits" sounds like a dog's name. "Here Tits! Come 'ere, girl!" and "boobs" sounds like a pastry. Which isn't really a bad analogy, but still...

I love 'bouncing buddhas' but doesn't "bee stings" insinuate that they're small? I'd find that a bit of a turn off but "betty boops" is salacious...
