It's quite certain she did want the story to titillate readers - as she says in the story she later felt horny about certain aspects of the experience. Also I dont think she would have published it here if it was just a cathartic retelling of a traumatic event.

That story has received 73 votes, 46 positive comments and and 68,000 views -- and you say she should consider deleting it? I've been going through recent stories on the homepage, and it's been several months since a story has garnered that much attention. To consider deleting it would be absolutely ridiculous.

I get what you're saying. Why does it matter what the author's intentions were when she uploaded the story? My point is: a lot of people have enjoyed that story over the years, and will continue to enjoy it in the future. So deleting it would be ludicrous.

I've never found this to be a hot thing. Real medical exams are pretty cold and unsexy. And after you've spent enough time in hospitals, any thoughts of sex are pretty much gone as soon as you see a catheter and a foley bag full of urine hanging from the bed.
