Wow... I've written so many strong female characters that it's a tough choice. However, there are a few that come to mind:
Yvonne from Labyrinth of Lust explores her sexual fantasies by partaking in a town's strange ritual.
Bella from Getting Even takes back her control after her cheating husband pushes her too far.
Phoebe from The Microbrew is strong, independent, and follows her heart.
Crystal from Journey Through the Rabbit Hole never took any shit from anyone and wasn't afraid to stand up for herself.
Angel from Cala de Sirena is high my list of favorites. While the story has its main focus on Don, she is critical to the story and the series.
Hailey from Hailey's Vacation is also high on my list of favorites because she is very reflective of me.
These ladies have made me very proud and while I could add more, I think this is a good list of characters who have grown into their own and become more than just a character in a fictional story or two.

Tough one, yet easy, as the stories I'm most pleased with have female leads rather than make leads.
I could say "A Wolf In the Night" has the most developed 'heroine.' And that character was the most exhausting to write at the time. I had to research a lot for it.
But.. my favorite is from "A Scarred Wonderland." I still dunno where that story came from, but that character... eats at you. Or me. I can't really even reread it to make minor tinkerings I considered because I didn't want to jump back into her head. And if you pay enough attention, you'll realize this character appears in one of my other stories. Only... far darker.
