Since I prefer reading stories involving female domination, I prefer first person writing. It's arousing from the submissive male point of view, but highly exciting (for me) written from the dome's point of view, particularly if she has "forced" him to do anything oral.
I guess that I usually tend to mix First and Third together in some stories, And use Third alone in the rest.

Really no preference. First person is marvelous if the author is successfully expressing their thoughts and feelings in a very well written manner. In that case their story is most enjoyable.
I prefer to write and read in first person. It seems more intimate to me that way, but there are times when the reader is supposed to feel like a voyeur to the events taking place, and that's when I prefer 3rd person. Second person or the weird "I do this you do that" blend of first and second that I sometimes see here usually turns me off, unless I feel directly targeted by the you. I usually like to choose which character I will imagine myself to be in a story that I'm reading and I can do that best in a first person narrative.
I myself prefer to read first person stories. I get the feeling of being that lucky guy fucking some girls. And when it's first person, you get the emotions of the character. Sometimes you can relate, and sometimes you can only wish.
I always like reading from first person. Third person just doesn't read as good to me. I like to read what the person is thinking, and you can't really do that from a third person point of view.
I prefer third person. It seems more descriptive to me. First person doesn't seem as believable for some reason. There is no right way or wrong way, to each his own.

I have done a couple in third person, and at least on in second person
I prefer to write in first person and center the story around a main character, who tells the story as a narrative. However, I have found third person to be more appropriate when the story contains important scenes that the main character isn't involved in and thus can't give a first-person point of view.
I love reading first person point of view. It brings you into the story and lets your imagination put you into it. Feeling every sensation and every feeling.

As a reader, I prefer first-person. It gets me closer to the story, like I'm being told by someone who was actually there. For me, third-person, while still enjoyable, puts me too far outside the story, and I can't get into it as much. It's like I'm watching it, rather than reliving it with the storyteller.
The second-person narrative, or whatever we decide Dancing_Doll's Hard Candy is, can work really well, because I can easily slot myself into the male character, whether it's the "I" or "you" in the story. I just have to be able to relate to the characters somehow.
As a writer, I find the first-person and second-person narrative easier to write, because I'm in it, and can write it subjectively. Detached objectivity is such a pain in the ass.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill. I think it depends on the story its self.
There are some stories that are best expressed in good first person style in order to express the feelings underneath the words and draw the reader in. Sometimes, third person doesn't pull me in close enough to let me experience the full perspective of the story as well as first person can.
Then there are other stories, such as those with several characters or POV switches, where third person is easier and better expresses the events in the story. There may still be some events which aren't "fully experienced" in third person, but because there are multiple points of view it can be easier to manage everything from a birds eye view.
And in first person, it is also important which character has the point of view. I had one story that I had to rewrite several times because of this issue. The first time I wrote it, the woman who I wanted the story to focus on came off as looking too weak because it was written from the man's perspective. Then in third person, the emotional intensity of the story dropped, and on top of that she still came off as looking weaker than I wanted her to be. In the end, that story was best written through her own eyes, so that the reader could directly relate to the feelings that he inspired in her and see the story that she experienced.
The most important thing to consider, both as a reader and a writer, is the balance of the story. Some stories just need to be told in certain ways.

I have read and written in all three "persons" and for Me it really doesn't matter which one the story is written in. I can read all three (ok maybe I might get a bit skittish if I was reading something like the O.P. read! I am straight as well and "feeling his hardness" may get someone punched in the nose!)
However, this is an interesting thread because as a writer, I like to know what My readers enjoy too!
Definitely first person as I can easily place myself in the story.

Like Laura above, I prefer first person because I like to assimilate myself into the story through them.
To the original question ... As someone that has written in first person and used the descriptive term "You" rather than a name, I used that particular "style" to personalize the story. Generally those stories (at least MY stories) appeal more to women and they feel as if I am speaking directly to them. And that's the point. If you'll go to my page you will find a current example of such a story in "Get-Away Weekend."

Third-person just seems... well... funny to read lol And a little distracting and not as dramatic.
I think I prefer 1st person in erotica because it feels more like someone telling you about something that happened to them and I find that really hot. I tend to write like that as my stories are my own personal memories or fantasies. That said, third person makes it easier to explore what both characters are thinking/feeling, which can be interesting...
I actually really like 2nd person stories, particularly ones that involve the other person tying the reader up and taking control, but they have to be done really well to work.
I've written in both the first and third person. As a reader, it doesn't matter to me if the story is written in the first or third person, as long as the story itself is well-written.

After writing 500+ stories, this is what I think:
First person: If you are writing a short where there is not a very big plot with lots of character and you want to make your reader feel like they are reading someone's real experience then you would write in first person. I have found that stories written in first person's view are hotter. In these kinds of stories sometimes the reader can imagine himself as the main character, too.
Second person: These kinds of stories are less popular and doesn't have much. It is more like writing a letter to someone. I think these kinds of stories are good when you are writing for a few people on demands because there the reader is a character in the story. But these kinds of stories are not mostly liked by both genders. If you have written it as a woman then it's a treat for men or vice versa.
Third person : You have a big plot with many characters then you definitely should write in third person's view. You can write this as first person's view but they you won't be able to share as much as you can.
As a first person view you can only write the scenes where you are present, you can write the things which are happening with you only, but when you write as a third person you can tell about all the characters in your story. You can write what different characters are doing in different scene.
I have written a novel which just crossed 100 pages and I'm still writing it. I have written it as a first person's view because thats how I like to write most of the story. Sometimes I wish that I should have written as a third person's view but I continued it as a first person's view and got quite good response.
So at last few things matters in deciding how do you want to write it, but if you are good then you can write it in any way you want.
For me writing doesn't have a particular rule. I like to write the way I think I'm telling a story to my readers.

Reading, I have no real preference between first and third. I just want good. Writing, I enjoy first person for the challenge. Hard to appreciate just how challenging it is to write without narrative omniscience until you try it. And for me there's no bigger satisfaction than making a first person story read as easy and natural and light when it really took so much more effort than telling it in third would have.
