the man in the iron mask and romeo and juliet
Not a huge DiCaprio fan, but he's done some amazing work...probably anything except for Titanic. I mean, he was brilliant in his role in that movie, but G-d, I think I spent the entire first half of the movie with this voice in my head screaming, "SINK! JUST F*CKING SINK ALREADY!"
Want to spend some time wallowing in a Recommended Read? Pick one! Or two! Or seven!
Not a Leonardo DiCaprio fan but did enjoy Shutter Island.
Now if the actor in question was Cate Blanchet...
What's Eating Gilbert Grape and Catch me If You Can. Titanic too.
My Favorites, pretty much in order...
Inception
Titanic
The Great Gatsby
Shutter Island
What's Eating Gilbert Grape - this is just an amazing move for him, he did a wonderful job...
Inception
Gilbert grape
About a boy
What's Eating Gilbert Grape
Inception is probably his best work.
Wolf of Wall Street is an amazing piece of work too.
The Departed.
Romeo + Juliet and Wolf of Wall Street I like too.
His best acting performance I think was Calvin Candy in Django Unchained though.
"What's Eating Gilbert Grape"
(That was a PHENOMENAL performance...)
xx SF
Blood Diamond...That was his best...made me cry.
Thus far, "Shutter Island" and "Inception"
Billy Costigan - The Departed
Roger Ferris - Body of Lies
Calvin Candie - Django Unchained
Someone give the Man an Oscar already!!!
Basketball Diaries...anyone? Check it out. And wtf
The one I didn't watch.
Somewhat kidding. Not a big fan of his, but it isn't like I really dislike him either. The only movie of his that stands out in my mind is "The Man in the Iron Mask." All other performances, that I have seen, I felt were just average. Granted I have seen them all.
I guess "Inception".... I have "Catch Me..." on DVD too, but I haven't watched either since I bought them.
I like them all. I guess I like either The Departed or Borne Idenity.
