A fantastic movie, vastly unappreciated. A still-relevant story, some great acting and a unique soundtrack. One of my top 5 favourite movies and always recommend it.

Everything, Everywhere All at Once. It's simply a masterpiece of film making. Best new film i have seen since "Little Miss Sunshine" and it takes far more chances and pulls them off.

Zorba the Greek with Anthony Quinn….or Lawrence of Arabia…I suppose everyone has seen that but it is a sensational film making, story and acting.

Dark Star. Sci-fi comedy by John Carpenter. His first movie.

The Brown Bunny (2003) - written, produced, directed, edited and photographed by Vincent Gallo.

The Stunt Man. Peter O'Toole being an absolute maniac.

Raise the Red Lantern (1991). Early Zhang Yimou film based on a Chinese novella that I later read in translation. Novella was excellent and Zhang did an excellent job of it.

First time I saw this in a packed London cinema I broke down 😭.
