The way I rate movies I see in theaters is a simple system. Am I disappointed I paid money to see this? I was not disappointed I paid to see Wonder Woman.
Also for reference, a movie ticket for me ranges from $7-$12 a person depending on what time I go.
I saw it the second week it was out and I enjoyed it. I agree with person who said Superman should have been more like the way the made Wonder Woman (fish out of water kind of thing). Was it the greatest move ever... no. It was enjoyable and yes... a bit overrated. At least it wasn't all T & A like the original Lynda Carter television show was.
Maybe if we had more good superhero movies with a strong female lead less hype would have been made about this. Either that or they should have done more with the female villain.
If you folks were to ask me, that really depends on who's doing the rating.
Just saying, of course.
