For me I think it's got to be the chest burster Xenomorph from Alien, one of my favourite movie moments!

As a back-up choice I'd go for John Doe's journals from Seven! A bit creepy but definitely cool!

I haven't read all of the responses (but I will), but surely, even when you see it now, everybody wants a splurge gun and one of the gangster cars from Alan Parker's Bugsy Malone?!

Awesome!

I'd like:

Star Wars
R2D2
Tusen Raider Gaffi Stick

A little macabre, but I'd have to say the femur that the proto-sapiens use as a weapon in Kubrick's 2001; its use as a visual segue to the future is truly iconic.

There was some other intended use for as well it seems smile

The exoskeleton 'loader' from Aliens that Sigourney Weaver defeats the Alien Queen with.
an authentic Hogwarts robe, the sorting hat, and the time turner from Harry Potter.. the DeLorean from back to the future.. the board game itself from jumanji.. those are the first things on my mind for now.. I might be back to add more if ever I thought o somef more.. ^^
She's mad, but she's magic. There's no lie in her fire. ~ Charles Bukowski
Many, but the first thing that comes to my mind is the skirt Baby was wearing at the final dance in Dirty Dancing.

Not my size though, unfortunatelly.
i cant believe nobody would want Jack Bauer's cell phone from 24 lol
James Bond's Aston Martin DB-5

I'll keep it to two films--

Anything and everything from ALIEN by the incredible H.R. GIGER

And

FIFTH ELEMENT--ELEMENTAL STONES
Sticking to my original post

I'll keep it to two films--

Anything and everything from ALIEN by the incredible H.R. GIGER

And

FIFTH ELEMENT--ELEMENTAL STONES
The dinosaur bone from Bringing Up Baby, the first dress we see Scarlett in from Gone With the Wind (it'd NEVER fit), Ginger Rogers' feather dress from Top Hat (it MIGHT fit), any of the vintage F1 cars from Gran Prix.

The Batmobile from Batman v Superman!

Or any Batmobile for that matter biggrin
The Maltese Falcon. Or Sam's piano from Casablanca.
Rosebud. The sled. From Citizen Kane.
A TP-51D Mustang from one of the World War II movies. They have two seats. I would give it to Hubbie. He would love to have one of his own. With two seats I could go with him when he flew it.

Brandie
The alethiometer from the movie The Golden Compass

Zuzu's petals, from It's a Wonderful Life

This and the bell from the Christmas tree that rings at the end. "Look Daddy! Teacher says, every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings!"
Hermione Granger's wand from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azakaban because she used it to threaten Malfoy just before she belts him.

But I'd take any of her wands for any of the other movies.
Harry Potter's Invisibility Cloak.
I'd take Diane Kruger's diadem she wears in the movie, Troy.
In the world's harsh wear and tear many a very sincere attachment is slowly obliterated.
