A place to post all of you favourite songs for all of those who sadly left us at the young age of 27.

My first is the fabulous Janis

and the greatest of them all......

Otis

The god that was Jimi

Gone waaaay too soon! Janis heart

Robert Johnson

Probably the most influential blues guitarist ever. Highly regarded by both Hendrix and Clapton.

There's a legend that says that Robert Johnson sold his soul to the devil. The deal? Become one of the greatest guitarist ever, but die at a very young age.

D. Boon (Minutemen)

The Minutemen, an experimental punk band from the early 80s, recorded the album Double Nickels on the Dime in 1984. Today it is regarded as one of the greatest record ever by many music experts, often being cited on lists of Top 100 Greatest Records Ever.

Unfortunately, the singer D. Boon died in a car crash the next year at the age of 27.
