All of my current stories are based on real life events. I have written fictional erotica in the past. None of it is currently up anywhere. Some day I may write some of those again.
For me my favorite totally comic group of the 30's would be The Marx Brothers. I esp. loved them in Duck Soup.

And how did I forget Lauren Bacall? The list just keeps growing.

I love Lauren Bacall too but she didn't have her first movie until 1944.

By the way, most of those actors on your list did their best work in the 1940, not the 1930s. And at the top of my list are Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart, Humphrey Bogart, Katharine Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, and Jean Arthur. Of course I have already mentioned that wonderful team, William Powell and Myrna Loy.

I agree on a few and agree that they had great movies in the 1940s, but some had great work in the 30s as well.

To me each of them had a standout performance or performance that made them great in the 1930's as well:

1) Fredric March (Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde)
2) Clark Gable (It Happened One Night; Gone With the Wind)
3) Gary Cooper (Mr. Deeds Goes to Town)
4) Spencer Tracy (San Francisco; Libeled Lady)
5) Walter Brennan (Come and Get It; Kentucky)
6) John Wayne (Stagecoach)
7) James Cagney (Angels with Dirty Faces; the Public Enemy)
8) Errol Flynn (The Adventures of Robin Hood)
9) Cary Grant (Holiday; Bringing Up Baby)
10) Jimmy Stewart (Mr. Smith Goes to Washington)
10) Mickey Rooney (the Hardy movies; Boys Town)
10) Wallace Beery (The Big House; Min and Bill)

1) Norma Shearer (The Women; A Free Soul)
2) Marlene Deitrich (Morocco; Shaghai Express)
3) Katherine Hepburn (Little Women; Holiday; Bringing Up Baby; Morning glory)
4) Bette Davis (Of Human Bondage; Jezebel; Dark Victory)
5) Claudette Colbert (It Happened One Night; Imitation of Life; Cleopatra)
6) Janet Gaynor (A Star is Born; State Fair)
7) Barbara Stanwyck (Stella Dallas; Annie Oakley)
8) Olivia DeHaviland (Gone With the Wind; the Adventures of Robin Hood)
9) Vivien Leigh (Gone with the Wind)
10) Greta Garbo (Grand Hotel; Queen Chirstina; Anna Karenina; Ninotchka)
10) Jean Harlow (Libeled Lady; Dinner at Eight; Platinum Blonde)
10) Marie Dressler (Min and Bill; Dinner at Eight; Emma)

Many of these did have bigger success in the 40s and later, but they still made enough impact for me to keep them in my list.

I do agree about William Powell and Myrna Loy. I have so many favorites from that time period. It was hard to narrow down.

There were even ones who weren't stars like Beulah Bondi and Edna May Oliver that I loved as well.
Some that I thought of last night looking at the IMDb Top 250:

The Dark Knight
Se7en
The Shining (esp. after a nice blowjob)
The Dark Knight Rises
Gladiator
The Green Mile
The Great Dictator
Raging Bull
Up
The General
The Elephant Man
The Thing
I agree about Twitter and meant to include that. I have a problem with anyone who shares naked or semi-naked photos on Twitter or Facebook.

The sites I have been to today have not been about that though. I have been shocked about some of the ageist comments I have seen made. Some of have gone down his whole body listing what surgeries he needs, etc. Some of the comments in particular regard to his face that I have read have been very tacky.

Even going as far as to say that if it had been someone younger tweeting the pic they would have had no problem.

"Perhaps you missed it, but Geraldo “shock jock” Rivera was caught “pulling a Weiner,” as in Anthony Weiner, when he posted this semi-nude photo on his Twitter account, saying, “70 is the new 50 (Erica and family are going to be so pissed...but at my age...).”

People on message boards I sometimes go to are saying gross and other things -- mostly that no 70 year old man should be Tweeting pics of himself like this.

He is not someone I would want to go jump his bones, but to me I just hope my body looks half that good at 70.

I don't understand the ageist ideas in our society many times. I fully understand why some are so obsessed with plastic surgery. To some I think unless you can stay looking young then you need to go into hibernation once you get past the age of 40 or 50.
In 3somes of course and then a couple of times in 4somes/group. Sometimes oral and sometime more.
In a way but it also depends on what a person's concept of BIG is. And it could also depend on the situation. Sometimes big doesn't seem so big but to a virgin esp. an anal virgin at that time small can become big.

No room for Ingrid Bergman?

It was hard to narrow it down to just the ones I did. It left so many out.

There were so many great stars in that time period.
Well said John C.

Some guys both straight, bisexual, and gay have a lot of sexual feeling in their anal region. Not every str8, bisexual or even gay guys do. I have slept with some guys over the years who identify as gay but they don't even want you touching their ass. It just does nothing for them...tonguing it, fingering it, nothing.

What turns one guy on won't turn another on. It has nothing to do with sexual orientation at all.
I am a big fan of old movies. I am not sure if there are that many others around here or not. If you are who are some of your favorite actors and actresses from the 1930s.

Here are mine (in no particular order).

1) Fredric March
2) Clark Gable
3) Gary Cooper
4) Spencer Tracy
5) Walter Brennan
6) John Wayne
7) James Cagney
8) Errol Flynn
9) Cary Grant
10) Jimmy Stewart
10) Mickey Rooney
10) Wallace Beery

1) Norma Shearer
2) Marlene Deitrich
3) Katherine Hepburn
4) Bette Davis
5) Claudette Colbert
6) Janet Gaynor
7) Barbara Stanwyck
8) Olivia DeHaviland
9) Vivien Leigh
10) Greta Garbo
10) Jean Harlow
10) Marie Dressler

Sorry I couldn't decide between the 3 at the bottom on each list.
When you enjoy giving, you don't have to actually get anything out of the act yourself to enjoy it. The pleasure derived is simply from giving pleasure to your partner or doing something for them that they enjoy so much.

I have done many things through the years that a partner wanted. And I still got off just enjoying their pleasure. Plus if I was willing to participate in what they wanted I got the same in return.
Why label it. If you enjoy it do it. to hell with what it makes you.

People get so caught up on labels and what others will think of them that they can't even enjoy life.

I have a friend that enjoys having his gf put a finger in his ass while she sucks him, but he can't enjoy it fully because he is afraid it will make him gay or people will think he is if they find out. So he misses out on something he enjoys because of a label.
I think you can have erotic thoughts about the times you spent with that ex without really having feelings for that person.

Maybe it is just a guy thing .... it is easier for us to have sex without feelings I think.

I have masturbated to memories of having sex with exs and in those fantasies while I am masturbating they are still sexually attractive to me and still turn me on. But in the reality there is no way I would take any of them back.

As I said they are exs for a reason. Hell I have even had sex with my ex-wife a few times in the past 2 years, but there is no way in hell I would ever get back together with her. And we both know that.
Yes but then as soon as the blood returns to the big head I remember why they are exs and get over it

It doesn't bother me too much. I do wish there was something for a avatar but then I hate when a guy puts a girls picture up even if he is not pretending to be a girl. It just gets confusing. And I hate when a picture is used that doesn't represent that person at all.

I got a request to chat from a 61 year old man the other night but he had a picture of man in his late teens or early 20s as his profile picture.

Lush is about fantasy, but I don't like confusion.
Just spent 6 days in a cabin in the woods with a fuck buddy....the last time with sex was yesterday morning after we got home.
