I have a story that starts off with some casual sex between friends. However, after a few chapters, the story will take a turn towards . I am fully aware that this is not everyone’s cuppa’ and, therefore, wonder whether I should “warn” the reader about this happening by, say, adding the tag even to the chapters not containing any acts of that sort?

No, I highly recommend you not put tags into chapters that dont have them.
Think of it this way if you put a tag for in chapter 1 and there isn't a sign of it I'm going to read that chapter looking for the tag and get pissed at you for not including any.
You can put the element in the reader note at the top of the chapter when it applies. Then I can skip it if I dont want it.
Whatever was posted is always meant in love and respect never to offend.
I'm also highly likely to have posted this from a phone so there may be typos or odd word changes, auto correct can be a pain.
