Story rejected on Lush Land 2.0

I can't get over this issue.

I have a story that has been rejected with a message saying to check my mailbox for the explanation. Too bad, my mailbox was empty.

So, after trying several ways to have an answer, posts on several topics in the forum, tickets, chat with a supposed moderator (those with the star), all with no answer, I tried again and re-submitted the story.

Same. Rejected with no explanation. How am I supposed to correct the problem if I don't know why the story has been rejected?

In Lush Land 1.0 it was said that being a gold member I'd get free support, but apparently that's not true on Lush Land 2.0

Maybe this message will be deleted, but it's worth the try. 

So, what can I do now?

I'm not sure what's happened, as I can see that your story has been returned and the explanation that went along with it. You should have got an email both times advising you, but obviously something doesn't seem to be getting through to your inbox.

I'm really sorry about this. We're not ignoring you on purpose, but obviously figured the messages were getting though.

I'll PM you the previous message that was sent in just a moment. Can you let me know if you receive that okay? Have you received friend's messages to your lush mail? Just wondering if it's the automated ones.

I'll refer your account onto IT to see if they can work out why messages aren't getting through.

I got messages from midnight900 and IMPÜRETHOUGHTS as a test because I'm not getting email from, for sure, a friend and he asked for help. He sent me an email a few days ago and I never got that one. So, definitely I have issues with my mailbox.
